Our company, specialized in machinery and industrial equipment, is seeking an experienced Export Sales Assistant to be appointed in our company's office in the Asian region of Istanbul.

-Graduates from relevant university departments

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in export sales

-Preferably worked in the machinery industry

-Able to manage relationships with foreign customers, conduct market research, and create a new customer portfolio

-Proficient in English , Russia & Turkish at an advanced level

-Familiar with foreign sales, marketing, and export-import operations

-Strong communication skills, sales-oriented, and capable of teamwork

-Able to organize workflow, meetings, appointments, and senior management travel plans

-Able to handle incoming calls and requests and provide necessary information

-Able to plan all necessary meetings and agenda transactions

-Capable of ensuring coordination between the manager and company units

-Able to expedite the decision-making process regarding incoming reports

-Able to manage email traffic

-Proficient in using MS Office programs

-Pays attention to personal grooming and appearance

-Analytical thinking and result-oriented

-Advanced planning, follow-up, and organizational skills

-Dynamic, patient, responsible, and able to use initiative when necessary

-Team player with high communication and coordination skills

-Residing or able to reside on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
