• Understanding the HR needs of the departments globally and in the area of ??responsibility, analyzing them in line with the feedback received, creating and realizing need-oriented solutions,

• Labor demand budget control, approval process, posting of advertisements, conducting competency-based interviews, determining offer details,

• Monitoring the employee turnover rate, meeting with employees at certain periods to determine development areas to increase employee loyalty, and taking actions,

• Following and finalizing the evaluation processes of transfer & promotion requests,

• Ensuring that orientation activities are completed for new employees,

• Collaborating with relevant business units to carry out performance management processes for the departments under his/her responsibility,

• Determining the competency and skill-based training needs of employees

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities,

• Have at least 3 years of experience in Human Resources recruitment, performance and career management,

• Great command of spoken and written English is a must,

• Have strong communication skills, are prone to teamwork,

• Developed analytical thinking skills,

• Having advanced reporting, organization & planning skills,

• Able to develop solution alternatives to problems
