We are looking for an analytical and patient Analytics & Reporting Specialist who will bring their attention to detail and love for data to be part of our dynamic, cool, fun-to-work organization for our business partner in Eyüp/Flatofis.
Objectives
- Act as the main point of contact between the Marketing and Sales team for any RM (Retail Management) Projects in the TV Department.
- Coordinate all RM activities between Field Force, PM, Sales Team, and Training Team.
- Responsible for store & SKU data analysis and Promoter initiatives.
- Optimize SKU allocation and KPIs to drive maximum store sellout capability.
- Engage with Sales & PM teams to provide appropriate guides/tools/improvements to increase all aspects of the team’s business processes and efficiency.
Key Activities
- Support all RM Projects in the TV Department.
- Support online channel retail visibility.
- Manage Campaign Marketing on Samsung TV Platforms and provide the necessary information flow to PM and Trade teams.
- Monitor RM KPIs (Run Rate, Dead SKU) weekly, and prepare regular (monthly/quarterly) RM reports.
- Conduct SKU Optimization & Efficiency Analysis (e.g., Account SKU candidate selection and suggestion).
- Perform regular retail mapping responsibilities (coordinate and conduct store mapping based on data provided by the Field Force team).
- Organize and lead weekly RM Day meetings with Field Force and Sales teams.
- Distribute action plans based on prepared reports, then follow up and track results.
- Report weekly and monthly sell-out results.
- Keep the software used by the Field Force team constantly updated and make updates according to needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education (preferably in Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics).
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
- Strong numeracy skills.
- Ability to interpret and produce results by establishing meaningful relationships between tables and data.
