We are looking for an Financial Reporting Supervisor to join our Finance Team in Haier Europe Turkey.

The position is located in İstanbul.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing the preparation of the month-end closing financial statements in collaboration with the Financial Reporting Team,
• Preparing and checking provisions according to IFRS and Group rules and ensuring accurate IFRS adjustments,
• Making review of monthly P/L, budget vs. actual deviations analysis,
• Ensuring correct and timely preparation of management reports,
• Supporting monthly closing, forecasting and annual budget processes,
• Ensuring solid financial reporting and analysis processes by supervising reporting team members,
• Assisting and coordinating independent and internal audit processes,
• Expediting ad-hoc requests for financial analysis from different stakeholders,

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics or BA,
• 5-7 years’ experience (Financial Reporting / Audit),
• Good IFRS knowledge,
• Experience in multinational companies in the area of financial planning, analysis and management reporting,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications,
• Manufacturing sector ERP / SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English,
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills,
• Strong problem solving and analytical thinking aptitude,
