We are looking for an "Office Assistant" with below requirement for our global client operating in telecommunication industry located in Ümraniye/ Istanbul.

  • Ensuring health and safety procedures always followed in the office and being part of health and safety audits regularly, attending briefings, taking ownership for the follow up actions.
  • Local support to all types of internal and external audits.
  • Ensuring PO creation and approvals by the approvers for various office purchases
  • Accepting and sorting packages and letters from courier/post, distributing in the office
  • Creation of new suppliers for Türkiye operations
  • Providing local support to collect pricing proposals and local negotiations for some local purchasing contracts such as Mobile Telco Operator, Car Fleets etc.
  • Providing periodic reports to General Services regarding the Office operations in İstanbul
  • Coordination with the translation company for document translations English-Turkish, Turkish-English.
  • Organizes and coordinate events including internal meetings, trainings, management events/visits etc. Supports the organizations and coordination of external customer events.
  • Supporting the operation of car fleet such as accidents, penalties, maintenance, Car RFID cards etc.
  • Executing all official transactions through power of attorney from the board of directors.
  • Acting as receptionist. Receiving calls from the company switchbox Accepting and sorting invoices from suppliers and submits to finance with a report
  • Sorting out Telco invoices for customers, reports to finance
  • Finance CIRP report creation and submission
  • Monthly e-government duties such as e-defter submission
  • Creation and follow up of necessary POs in E-Purchase tool.
Desired Skills and Specializations
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of Office Automation Tools, computer and MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organization and problem solving capabilities
  • Ability to adopt to and operate in a complex international organization
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external teams at all levels
