We are looking for a ‘Call Center Director’ for our business partner that we are consulting for in Bulgaria

Job Description;

• Recruiting call center operators,
• Training and coaching staff to maintain high standards of customer service,
• Supporting the call centre operator in case of inability to communicate with the angry customer,
• Monitoring random calls to improve service quality, minimise errors and measure operational performance,
• Leading team meetings and ensuring operators have a better understanding of call centre expectations,
• Determining call centre operational strategies by conducting needs and performance assessments, capacity planning and cost/benefit analyses,
• Analysing call centre data such as sales rates, costs, customer service measurements, etc. and preparing reports to improve business processes,
• To prepare an annual budget,
• To ensure that resources are allocated appropriately, maximising efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements;

• University degree in related fields
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the operational call center in a leading position
• Knowledge of German and English
• No travel restriction
