We are looking for a ‘English Speaking Supervisor’ for our business partner that we are consulting in İstanbul-Şişli

Job Description;

• Organising the general workflow,

• Ensuring that employees understand the tasks assigned to them,

• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback or coaching,

• To transfer information from senior management to employees and to convey employee requests or complaints to the management,

• To prepare performance reports and forward them to the relevant units,

• Giving bonuses according to employee performance,

• Recruiting and training new employees,

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in training workshops.

Job Requirements;

• Advanced knowledge of English,

• Experience in the Call Center - Mobile phone sector

• At least 1.5 year of work experience,

• Residing in İstanbul
