We are looking for a ‘German Speaking Workforce Management Business Partner’ for our business partner that we are consulting for in Türkiye

Job Description;

• You are responsible for one of our projects in the field of Customer Service.
• You are responsible for staff planning within the project.
• Development and continuous improvement of the Workforce Management (WFM) structure.
• Ensuring quality standards throughout the project.
• Develop historical and real-time dashboards for management and operational control.
• Providing information to stakeholders through regular analyses.
• Provision of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the project.
• Acting as the primary point of contact to the client on capacity, forecasting and performance related issues.

Job Requirements;

• Extensive experience in Workforce Management is an advantage.
• Multi-year work experience in call centre and team management.
• Experience in developing historical and real-time dashboards for management and operational control.
• Knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel and O365).
• High level of conflict resolution and decision-making ability, intuition and a strong will.
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
• High degree of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• High resilience in the face of changing requirements.
• Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills and a very good numerical understanding.
