Job DetailWe are looking for a ‘Human Resources & Administrative Affairs Manager’ for our corporate company that we are consulting for in Manisa.
Job Description;
• To manage and develop the recruitment, orientation, performance evaluation, personnel, motivation, internal communication and career management functions of human resources in line with company policies and strategies,
• To lead the corporate culture studies,
• To ensure that all processes related to personnel are carried out within the framework of Labour Law, SSI and Labour Legislation
• To ensure the execution of processes related to Administrative Affairs
• To create and ensure the execution of training and events plans within the scope of company training policies,
• Organising and managing activities to increase the motivation of employees,
• Preparation and presentation of reports on human resources and administrative affairs,
• To be in communication with all units and to carry out the necessary implementation processes in terms of business order,
• To make budget and staff planning,
• To organise the salaries and fringe benefits of the personnel in a systematic way,
• Designing, implementing, auditing and reporting the premium system and scenarios together with the relevant departments,
• To ensure that all administrative affairs processes are carried out,
• To work on the creation of the company culture together with the necessary departments,
• To manage procedure and process applications,
• Management and administration of subordinate staff.
Job Requirements;
• Graduated from related departments of universities
• At least 10 years of experience in the relevant field
• Fluent in English at advanced level
