Job DetailWe are looking for an ‘Account General Manager’ for our business partner that we are consulting
Job Description;
- Continuously monitor achievements of project indicators and communicate with other departments to achieve them
- Identification of recruitment needs to determine project performance indicators
- Establish direct contact with the representatives of the projects on the clients' side and identify with them the courses of action to achieve the performance indicators
- Control the work processes of coordinated projects, create active measures to improve training and operational activities and propose improvement plans
- Propose changes in operational projects and provide feedback to customers based on results after the test period
- Send regular reports to customers
- Monitor the development of supervisors and agents and take all necessary measures to improve it when necessary.
- Allocate resources and responsibilities within the team to achieve business results and meet the demands of a dynamic environment
- Participate in and take responsibility for the selection, training, professional development and evaluation of subordinates
- Monitoring and realization of set financial and operational targets
- Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer
Job Requirements;
• At least 2-3 years of solid and proven experience in a Business Process Outsourcing company in a leadership role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in a second language at level C1 is an advantage.
• Experience in managing teams; focused on results and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an environment with frequent high work volumes
• Good negotiation skills and ability to work directly with international clients
• Desire to conduct in-depth research with attention to detail
