We are looking for an International Sales Specialist for exhibitions who will invite foreign companies to participate in our international exhibitions through our Istanbul office. This position will promote our trade shows and organize stand participations by examining data of potential companies abroad via computer and telephone.

Main responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for our company's international exhibition projects
• Conduct market and company research to create new data and generate leads
• Follow up with potential customers and acquire new clients
• Inform companies about export and international market opportunities
• Implement effective customer portfolio management to reach sales targets
• Provide regular reports to the department manager
• - Maintain existing customer relationships and create new business opportunities
• - Travel to countries where events are held when good sales performance is demonstrated

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly salary: 35,000 - 45,000 Turkish Lira
• 3% commission on sales
• Performance-based bonus system

• At least 2 years of experience in the trade show sales sector
• Advanced English proficiency (speaking, writing, reading at an advanced level)
• Strong communication skills, high coordination and organizational abilities
• Ability to contribute to projects with a research-oriented and innovative approach
• Solution-oriented and proactive work ethic
• Committed to business ethics and values
• Adaptable to teamwork and highly motivated
• Ability to travel abroad when necessary
