• Manage the raw leather and split lime leather supply processes in the leather and gelatin sector,
• Establish and maintain relationships with domestic and international suppliers, create an appropriate supplier portfolio by conducting research on new suppliers,
• Develop purchasing strategies to efficiently meet the company’s material needs,
• Create purchasing budgets, control costs, and optimize them,
• Monitor purchasing processes and negotiate to achieve the best price/performance ratio,
• Work in coordination with relevant departments to ensure accurate determination of material needs,
• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders, monitor delivery times,
• Analyze purchasing data, prepare reports, and present them to senior management,
• Monitor market trends and supply chain risks, continuously improve purchasing processes,
• Manage supplier contracts and agreements.

• A graduate of relevant university departments (preferably Business, Leather Engineering, Chemical Engineering),
• Experience in the leather and gelatin sector, particularly in raw leather and split lime leather,
• Experience in managing domestic and international suppliers,
• In-depth knowledge of purchasing processes and supply chain management,
• Proficient in English (knowledge of a second language is a plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Kazakh, Arabic),
• Strong leadership, management, planning, and coordination skills,
• Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal relationships, and teamwork-oriented,
• High persuasion skills,
• Strategic thinking ability, result-oriented, capable of efficient time management and work planning,
• Proficient in MS Office programs,
• Preferably experienced with SAP,
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to adapt to a flexible and fast-paced work environment,
