Define and implement the company's sales strategies,

Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them,

Manage the sales team, provide training and motivation,

Collaborate with marketing and other departments to support the company's growth,

Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends,

Manage sales budgets and use resources efficiently.

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, International Trade),

Minimum 10 years of experience in sales,

Proficiency in English (knowledge of a second language such as Russian, Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus),

Strong leadership, management, planning, and coordination skills,

Effective communication skills, strong interpersonal relationships, team-oriented and cooperative,

High persuasion skills,

Strategic mindset, result-oriented, strong time management and efficient work planning,

Passionate and highly motivated to achieve sales targets,

Proven experience in leading and managing sales teams,

Proficient in MS Office programs,
