• Organize and approve the preparation of products to be produced according to the production plan, including new product studies and formulations, while defining and documenting the duties, authorities, and responsibilities of personnel in the department.
• Ensure the discovery of new products and sectors aligned with the needs and demands of the R&D Center.
• Manage and monitor the R&D Center’s project portfolio.
• Prepare project management plans (scope, work plan, budget, quality, etc.) and coordinate the team.
• Track and report compliance of projects with business, time, and quality management systems.
• Conduct research on proposed projects within the organization.
• Manage the audit processes of the R&D Center.
• Establish and implement an effective improvement suggestion system for potential problems.
• Represent the R&D Center at official authorities, senior management, and other departments.
• Report the R&D Center’s performance and key KPIs periodically to the Board of Directors.

• Preferably a graduate of Polymer or Chemical Engineering departments.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience in R&D activities in the plastics injection or similar chemical sectors.
• Experienced in managing R&D projects and proficient in project management tools.
• Has worked on plastic packaging or product design and used design software.
• Experienced in applying for and managing domestic and international R&D incentives or similar projects.
• Follows national and international standards and literature updates regularly.
• Knowledgeable about laws, procedures, and regulations related to R&D Centers.
• Experienced in Design Centers.
• Proficient in Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Fluent in English.
• Skilled in using MS Office and preferably SAP programs effectively.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in TÜBİTAK/TEYDEB projects.
• Capable of developing creative ideas and suggestions.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, and team-oriented.
• Competent in reporting.
• Completed military service (for male candidates).
• Resides on the Anatolian side of Istanbul.
