Job DetailWe are looking for a Customer Relations Executive who is passionate about taking the initiative to work outside the traditional call center environment.
Core Requirements:
- Answering calls, live chat, and replying to emails in English and Turkish in an effective and timely manner.
- Responding to customer needs promptly, professionally, and in alignment with Kaft’s corporate culture.
- Generating ideas to introduce a new perspective and improve customer relations (domestic and international).
- Analyzing the entire process and creating regional monthly CRM reports.
Desired Skills and SpecializationsWhat We are Looking For:
- This role will primarily provide services in both Turkish and English. You must be able to speak English at an advanced level.
- You must have at least 2 years of experience in CRM.
