Job Description:
We are currently seeking a self-motivated and outgoing individual to join our International Sales Department as a B2B Sales Development Representative. This role focuses on B2B sales in Northern European markets and reports directly to the International Sales & Marketing Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand the customer portfolio within the assigned region,
Assist in implementing sales strategies for respective markets,
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by providing support, insights, and recommendations for new opportunities to drive sales growth,
Organize customer meetings, events, and seminars,
Communicate with existing customers regarding order planning,
Collaborate with the Production Department and Product Management to address customer inquiries and concerns,
Monitor industry trends, market activities, and competitors,
Maintain sales records, prepare monthly reports, and provide feedback to management,
Contribute to team and company success by achieving relevant business objectives,
Work from the company’s headquarters in Yenibosna, Istanbul.
Desired Skills and SpecializationsDesired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field,
Fluent English (both written and spoken) is a must; German proficiency is a plus,
Strong command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in international sales,
Willingness and ability to travel internationally,
No military service obligations for male candidates,
Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills,
Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies,
Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
