Kurtul Makina - Project Sales Engineer
Job Detail* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Metallurgical and Materials Engineering or similar
* At least 2+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer or engineering experience
* Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Turkish and English
* Knowledge in Technical Sales and Business Development
* Knowledge of technical drawings for static equipment such as pressure vessels, columns, air cooler, heat exchangers and mixer.
* Knowledge of the target markets and industries would be preferable
* Analytical mindset with strong planning and self-learning skills,
* Teamwork and strong communications skills and interpersonal savvy, relationship building, co-ordination skills
* Energetic, proactive, self-motivated and result oriented
* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel and Power Point skills
* No travel restrictions in Turkey and abroad
* No military obligations for male candidates
* Driving License and active driving experience
Candidate will work in Project Sales & Business Development Department in which the technical sales management, pricing and the general product strategies are being formed. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, the following.
* Managing sales activities in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Refining, Power Industry, Food & Pharmaceutical Sector
* Undertake proposals, including definition of the scope of supply & the calculation of sales prices to achieve sales.
* Prepare and submit technical and commercial offer in accordance with contract requirements, applicable codes and standards, P&IDs, and requirements of other engineering disciplines
* Develop sales with demonstrations, calculations, exhibition and negotiation in order to achieve targets.
* Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical requests, and develop the strategy to resolve technical issues
* Following up and achieving yearly sales targets determined by the Company
* Identify needs and target customers, visiting clients and prepare appropriate reporting. Perform regular visits/teleconference and manage the technical & commercial relationship with customer
* Analyzing global and local industry reports for assessment of a variety of markets, industries, competitive landscape, etc. in alignment with strategies of Company
* Monitoring business environment to identify new business development opportunities both through organic and inorganic means
* Supporting other departments in strategic projects and key presentations for internal and external audiences
* Office location will be in Tekirdag, Corlu
