MNG Airlines - Flight Dispatcher

We are looking for a Flight Dispatcher who is dynamic and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Complying with the conditions and limitations specified in the AOC and SPEC,
• Assisting the PIC in flight preparation and providing the relevant information required,
• Preparing the Operational (OFP) and filling the ATS flight plan with the appropriate ATS units,
• Being responsible for the safe conduct of operational control concerning the flight planning, dispatch, release, and movement of all company aircraft over the routes under his/her control including:
• Preflight briefing of the flight crew, distributing flight plans and flight releases,
• Re-routing flight as necessary, calculating appropriate fuel loads,
• Ensuring compliance with the Company Operations Manuals,
• Performing flight watch from departure to destination.
• Quick to adapt and agile in making strategic decisions to circumvent or reduce risks.

• Bachelor's degree in related fields,
• 3 years of work experience in a similar position in the Civil Aviation sector,
• Has a valid Turkish DGCA Dispatcher Licence according to SHY-UHU,
• Capable of working in shifts,
• To have an upper intermediate level of written and oral English Language,
• Team player with strong communication skills,
• To have proficient computer skills,
• Strong analytical skills,
• No travel restrictions.
