The Merchandising Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of stock and merchandise for AMIRI and ALO in Turkey. This includes monitoring stock levels, replenishment, movement between stores, and ensuring compliance with Turkish regulations. The role requires close coordination with the regional corporate team in Dubai to maintain alignment with overall corporate strategies.

• Stock Management: Oversee the stock levels in stores and warehouses in Turkey. Manage the replenishment process to ensure optimal stock levels at all times.
• Stock Movement: Coordinate the movement of stock between stores and between external and internal warehouses/stockrooms. Ensure that stock transfers are conducted efficiently and accurately.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all documentation related to stock is updated and compliant with Turkish regulations.
• Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely arrival of stock to warehouses and stores in Turkey.
• Pricing and Competition Analysis: Conduct price and competition analyses to set appropriate pricing strategies for the Turkish market. Collaborate closely with the merchandising team at the corporate office to align pricing with broader corporate strategies.
• Process and Procedure Development: Help set up internal processes and procedures for managing stock in Turkey.
• External Courier Relations: Manage relationships with external couriers to optimize logistics process / 3PL.

• Proven experience in merchandise coordination or a similar role, preferably within the fashion retail sector.
• Strong understanding of inventory and stock management systems.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and price setting.
• Ability to work effectively across different teams and cultures.
• Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English to ensure effective communication with local and regional teams.
