Job Description: We are looking for an English-speaking Head Receptionist with proficiency in using opera software. The ideal candidate will be presentable, have strong management abilities, and possess a solution-oriented approach to handle various challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the reception team to ensure exceptional guest service.
• Utilize opera software to handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and effective manner.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and presentation at all times.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and manage front desk operations and staff schedules.
• Provide training and support to new reception staff members.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Experience with opera software or similar hotel management systems.
• Excellent management and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-focused mindset.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
