Job Description: We are looking for a well-presented and motivated Receptionist who is proficient in English and experienced with opera software. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and grow within our dynamic team, offering excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently using opera software.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Stay open to learning and participating in professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Proficiency in opera software or similar hotel management systems.
• Presentable and professional appearance.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
