We are looking for an “Sorani Kurdish Speaking Customer Service Specialist” to work in hybrid.

Job Description;

  • Answering incoming calls from customers,
  • Providing accurate information and ensuring customer satisfaction with quality service.
Desired Skills and Specializations

Qualifications;

  • Proficiency in Sorani Kurdish at native level,
  • Intermediate level of English,
  • At least high school graduate, preferably associate's or bachelor's degree holder,
  • Preferably having customer experience job experience,
  • Adaptable to flexible working hours,
  • Having good diction and strong communication skills,
  • Acting with a focus on customer satisfaction,
  • Being inclined towards teamwork,
  • Able to use computers.
