Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

1-Technical and Commercial Proposal Preparation

• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications to prepare cost-effective and feasible proposals.
• Create clear and comprehensive proposal documents tailored to meet customer needs.
• Evaluate the technical compatibility of outsourced products.
• Coordinate with production units to ensure compliance with international standards for in-house manufactured products and provide feedback.

2-Supplier and Outsourcing Management

• Assess the technical competencies of outsourcing companies to ensure collaboration with qualified suppliers.
• Conduct technical and commercial analyses of semi-finished products and raw materials sourced internationally to support decision-making processes.
• Communicate with local suppliers to identify the most cost-effective and high-quality options.

3-Cost and Pricing Analysis

• Analyze product and project costs to develop competitive pricing strategies.
• Integrate costs from outsourced production, logistics, and inputs into the proposal process.
• Calculate the costs of semi-finished products and raw materials sourced from abroad and incorporate them into proposals.
• Propose alternative cost-saving and production improvement strategies.

4-Sales and Logistics Support

• Collaborate with the Logistics & Operations Department to define delivery timelines for proposed products, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Work closely with market development and sales teams to present technical and commercial solutions to customers.

5-Feedback and Reporting

• Provide feedback on procurement processes to the Purchasing and other relevant departments.
• Offer insights to Design, Product Development, and Production teams regarding products.
• Prepare detailed reports on proposal processes and present them to management.

Required Qualifications

1-Education and Technical Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and applying technical specifications.
• Ability to conduct technical evaluations of companies and products.

2-Language and Communication Skills

• Advanced English proficiency (additional language is a plus).
• Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.

3-Analytical and Technological Skills

• Experience in cost analysis and pricing processes.
• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, ERP systems, MS Office, and AI tools.
• Attention to technical details with strong analytical thinking abilities.
