We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon E-Commerce Assistant to join our team. As an Amazon E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our online sales efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our Amazon store. This position requires a strong understanding of Amazon’s platform, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon with accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and keywords.
Monitor inventory levels, pricing, and sales performance to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve stock discrepancies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for promotions, pricing adjustments, and growth.
Maintain strong product rankings and reviews by applying effective strategies and staying current on marketplace trends.
2. Customer Engagement:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally to foster positive relationships.
Encourage product reviews and feedback to enhance the customer experience.
Implement customer-focused strategies to increase retention and encourage repeat purchases.
3. Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Conduct competitor research and market analysis to optimize pricing and positioning.
Utilize advertising tools (e.g., sponsored ads, promotions) to increase traffic and conversions.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities and optimize strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to the team.
5. Seller Support and Compliance:
Stay informed on Amazon policies and ensure compliance to prevent account issues.
Work with Seller Support to resolve account-related problems and technical issues.
Apply Amazon SEO best practices to increase product visibility and organic search ranking.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to effectively track assigned tasks and complete them on time
Willingness to work extra hours when needed
Flexibility to work during the night and attend night meetings if required
This is a remote position; working hours will be discussed in detail during the interview
Familiarity with American culture is a key factor, as our customer base is primarily in the U.S.
Qualifications:
Born in 2000 or later
Fluent in English
Must have a valid work permit in Turkey
Previous experience with Amazon sellers is highly preferred
Solid understanding of Amazon Seller Central and FBA
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
